Ways to fight cellulite

Let's start with a balanced diet. Abundant fresh and fibre-rich foods should be eaten. It should not be abused too much fatty food. Drink plenty of water (between 1.5-liter and 2 liters) a day, and above all let go of alcohol and coffee.

You should choose a comfortable clothes so that your skin can breathe. While fashion is not always suited to this, the fact of carrying close clothing prevents the skin to breathe properly.

It is advisable to exercise daily. If you don't like the sport, you can replace by walking 30 minutes every day. Physical activity has a positive influence on blood circulation and muscle tone.
