Abdominal Exercises to protect the spine

Since our spine is in good condition, it is essential to have a strong torso. To do this, we must tone your muscles, i.e. those of the pelvis, hips, lower spine and, of course, ABS. Only in this way will improve our posture and our balance, and acquire more agility. What then if we make some abdominal exercises to protect the spine?

Heating

Before starting the ABS, is necessary to heat. The warming is the process of adapting the body needs to move properly from inactivity to activity, avoid any injuries, and muscle spasms. Ideally, do any cardio exercise for 10 minutes?

Abdominal Exercise 1

To perform this exercise, you should rest your hands and knees on the floor. The first should be directly under the shoulders and the latter under the hips. Contract your abdomen and buttocks, and simultaneously lift your left arm and right leg, to form a straight line. Hold for 10 seconds and return to starting position. Repeat the movement, alternating hands and feet 10 times.

Abdominal Exercise 2

This exercise will not only help tone your ABS, but also the lower spine. To do, lies face down on the floor. Root palms just below shoulders and toes. Extend your arms and try to form a straight line perpendicular to the ground. All the muscles of the body might make. Hold for 30 to 60 seconds and then disarm supporting knees on the floor.

Elongation

Just as the body needs a period of adaptation to move from inactivity to activity, also requires a transition back to inactivity. The stretch in part fulfils this role and can help you improve your flexibility.

Make these abdominal exercises and you can say goodbye to the spinal pain. You will also have to look amazing ABS.
